Vest Markets Rules 2026: Payouts, Drawdown & Profit Split
Vest Markets’ rules for every plan we list, taken from Vest Markets’ own site and read on 21 Oct 2026: 3 plans across crypto perps. On these plans the first profit target runs 10%, the daily loss limit 3% and the max loss 4% to 6%. The profit split is 80% to 95%, and each plan below links to its full rule sheet. Max drawdown
Static: a fixed floor set when the account is created, 6% below the starting balance on evaluations (on 25K, $1,500, so the floor is $23,500). Instant accounts use 4% (2% on the $500 account). Equity below the floor at any moment closes the account for good.
Daily loss
3% on the 2-Step; 3%, 4% or none on the 1-Step, chosen at purchase. Instant accounts have none. It is measured from the balance at the reset (unrealized profit excluded) and resets at 20:00 New York time. Crossing it closes the account immediately, not just the day.
Markets and leverage
BTC, ETH and SOL perpetuals on funded accounts (XRP and HYPE are not available), plus stocks, indices, commodities and FX perps. Up to 15x on BTC and ETH, up to 75x on other markets.
Payouts
Claim profit any time, with no cap on size or frequency. Each claim is paid within 24 hours in USDC to your Vest account; your 80%, 90% or 95% split is applied at each claim.

Rules and prices below come from Vest’s own documentation, read on 21 Oct 2026. The prop program is contracted by Vest Exchange Inc., a Panama corporation; parent Vest Labs announced a $13M raise led by Portal Ventures in October 2026. Vest doesn’t publish a founding year, and its Trustpilot page has no reviews yet. The 1-Step is configurable: a 10% or 20% target, a 3%, 4% or no daily loss limit, and an 80% or 90% split, from $25 to $450; we list the 10% / 3% / 80% version. Funded accounts allow up to 15x on BTC and ETH (up to 75x on other markets), have no time limit and don’t allow API trading. Refunds: Vest’s refund policy allows one within 3 days of purchase if no trade was placed. Not available to residents of the US, the UK, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Russia, Syria or the Philippines.
